Stacie R., LPN, MT, Clinic Manager

Born and raised in Iowa, I currently reside in Apple Valley with my son Brenden, and two adorable puppies –Gus and Trinity.

I received my Practical Nursing License from Hawkeye Community
College, Waterloo, Iowa. I have in the past, worked with terminally ill pediatric home care clients, in the locked unit at a psychiatric hospital, and now have been with family practice for the past several years. My personal interests include: pediatric wellness, pre and postnatal care, assisting with surgical procedures and learning about the alternative/holistic approach to medicine -primarily from Dr. Rieb (his knowledge never ceases to amaze me…)

I have also attended the St. Croix Center for the Healing Arts, and earned my therapeutic massage certification. I have also worked with some myofascial release.

I am an active member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals organization. Unfortunately, rather recently I encountered some wrist problems already requiring surgery, so have had to put my massage practice on hold for the time being. We have hired Sue on to take over my clientele. She has done a wonderful job, and I have heard nothing but great feedback on her. And, in the meantime, I have taken on greater responsibilities with the “business and management side” of things here in the clinic, as well as doing some “healthcare consulting” for a company based out of Denver, Colorado.

It has been amazing experience to watch the clinic grow and develop into the great place it is today. Given my experience in nursing, and my enthusiasm towards providing quality patient care, I am genuinely thrilled to be part of such a great "family" here at LIMC!
