Take Interstate 35 North, Exit on the County Road 46, Exit Number 86 ramp.

Turn Left on the top of the ramp onto 162^nd St, heading east.  At the first set of lights, turn Right on Kenrick Ave.  The clinic drive will be on the Left, past the Sterling Bank. 

Arrive at 16372 Kenrick Ave.  Suite 100, Lakeville

From the North:

Take Interstate 35 South.  Exit on the County Road 46, Exit Number 86 ramp.

Turn Left at the top of the ramp onto 162^nd Street, heading east.  At the first set of stoplights, turn Right onto Kenrick Ave.  Our clinic driveway will be on the Left, past the Sterling Bank.

Arrive at 16372 Kenrick Ave. Suite 100, Lakeville.
